1. ClassIn Application Requirement

The ClassIn application is mandatory for registration and participation in all classes. All cancellations and rescheduling must be processed exclusively through the ClassIn chat feature.

2. Trial Package Details

The trial package consists of two (2) 45-minute classes at a total cost of 160 HKD. Please note that trial classes are only available within this package format.

3. Course Materials

Course materials are limited to those provided by the students.

4. Cancellation Policy and Scheduling Classes

Cancellations and scheduling require a minimum of 24 hours' advance notice. Failure to provide timely notification will result in the class being marked as attended, with no exceptions.

5. Schedule Submission

Students must submit their schedules immediately upon enrollment. Each package permits a maximum of two (2) cancellations in total.

6. Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

7. Validity Period

The trial package expires six (6) months from the purchase date. Any unused classes will be forfeited after this period. Teacher reassignment is only possible after the completion of both trial classes.

Parent Requirements

1. All materials must be submitted via ClassIn prior to the commencement of class.

2. Teachers will not provide supplementary materials during sessions.

3. All communication must occur through the ClassIn chat feature without exception.
